Subject Would you share your experience?

Hi [Customer name],

Thank you for choosing [Business name]. If you would like to share your experience, you can leave an honest Google review here: [Google review link].

Whatever your experience, we welcome your honest feedback.

Sample wording only. Requests may be sent manually or on the saved schedule after eligibility checks.

A straightforward first run

Set up manual and scheduled email requests.

Set the review destination, import customers with consent and service dates, then choose when eligible requests are due.

  1. 01

    Create your account

After signup, continue to business setup to add your review destination and preferences.

  2. 02

    Add your Google review link

Save a valid Google review link, then choose Email as your preferred request channel.

  3. 03

    Import customers who opted in

Only import customers who explicitly consented to review requests. Each email request needs a valid customer email address.

  4. 04

    Schedule eligible requests

The daily dispatcher follows each service date and your saved timing. Eligible email requests require customer consent and a verified active subscription; text is never replaced with email.

Sent only to eligible customers

Consent and a usable email come first.

A previously sent request, an opt-out, or a customer-confirmed review prevents another request.

Every eligible customer receives the same neutral invitation, without incentives or filtering for positive feedback.

  • The customer has a valid email address.
  • The customer explicitly consented to review requests.
  • The customer has not opted out.
  • A request has not already been sent to the customer.
  • The customer has not confirmed that they left a review.

Scheduled email requests follow your saved settings.

The daily dispatcher uses each customer’s service date, your saved timing, and the selected channel. It sends at most one email request when customer consent and a verified active subscription are both present. Text remains unavailable and never falls back to email.

You can still start eligible email requests manually from the customer list. Both paths use the same confirmation, unsubscribe, and delivery records.

The listed monthly USD amounts are placeholders until the billing interval is confirmed. Checkout and paid access are inactive, and creating an account does not enroll a subscription.
